Aug 5 (Reuters) - Trust Tech Inc  2154.T : 
     
    * Says it to acquire 1,700 shares (85 percent voting rights) 
of UK-based co MTrec Limited at price of about 1,640 to 2,529 
million yen (including expense), from Robin Armstrong and David 
Musgrave  
    * Says the transaction effective date is Aug. 30 
    * Says it to take out loan of 1,500 million yen on Aug. 29 
and the loan with maturity date on Feb. 28, 2017
