    * Says it plans to acquire 100 percent stake in FUSIONi Co., 
Ltd. for 1.03 billion yen(advisory fee included) 
    * Says effective March 30 
    * Says it will take out 1 billion yen worth loans, with 
maturity date on March 29, 2018, to fund acquisition
