* Says the company plans to fully acquire Optex FA Co Ltd
6661.T via stock swap, effective on Jan. 1, 2017
* One share of Optex FA's stock will be exchanged with 0.34
shares of Optex's stock
* 778,219 shares of Optex's stock will be exchanged
* Optex FA's stock will be delisted from Tokyo Stock
Exchange (TSE) on Dec. 28
* After the acquisition, Optex Co Ltd will transfer all its
business (excludes Optex group's management business) to the
subsidiary which was set up on July 15 as the successor
preparatory company and restructure itself into holding company,
effective on Jan. 1, 2017
* Plans to change the company's (after the merger) name into
OPTEX GROUP Company, Limited, effective on Jan. 1, 2017
* OPTEX GROUP's stock will still be listed and traded on TES
first section
