acquire National Car Parks Limited through acquiring shares of
MEIF II CP Holdings 2 Limited, which is the holding company of
the National Car Parks Limited
* Says co will raise stake in MEIF II CP Holdings 2 Limited
to 51 percent from 0 percent on Aug. 3, at the price of 159
million pounds
