Pty. Ltd, Secure Parking Singapore Pte. Ltd and Secure Parking
Corporation Sdn. Bhd. respectively
    * Stake in the three overseas units owned by the company
will be
reached to 100 percent after acquisition  
    * Total acquisition amount is A$77.8 million 
    * Transaction date for stake in Periman Pty. Ltd and Secure
Parking Singapore Pte. Ltd is July 2 and Aug. 6 for Secure
