** Shares of parking services provider Park24 Co Ltd
 4666.T  climb 5.1 pct to 2,987 yen, highest since May 2017
    ** Company says it has tied up with Toyota Motor Corp
 7203.T  to start a trial car-sharing service in some parts of
central Tokyo
    ** As of last close, Park24 stock had risen 5.34 pct this
year
    ** Stock outperformed the Tokyo SE TOPIX Real Estate Stock
Price Index sector  .IRLTY.T  by 5.0 pct points in the past one
month
    ** Main stock index Nikkei 225  .N225  fell 2.78 pct in the
past month
    ** As of 0514 GMT, about 2.39 million shares of Park24 have
been traded, compared with their 30-day moving average of 1.28
million shares a day
