** Shares of Perseus Mining PRU.AX rise 3.9% to A$2.835,

** Stock rose as much as 5.1% to A$2.870 earlier in the day
** Gold producer and explorer says gold production for Q2
FY25 increased by 9% to 132,419 ounces
** Adds average gold sales increased by 20% to 136,623 oz in
the quarter
** Stock up 9.9% this month, including the day's moves
