Australia's Perseus Mining slides on lower quarterly gold production

** Shares of Perseus Mining PRU.AX fall as much as 5% to A$5.310,     
** Stock is among the top losers in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index .AXJO, which was last down 0.1% 
** The gold miner reports September-quarter gold production of 92,551 ounces, down from 109,013 ounces in the June quarter
** Average realised sales price declined to $3,881 per ounce from $4,086 per ounce in the previous quarter
** YTD, stock down 5.6%, including the session's moves
