Phoenix Group Holdings announces that the Prudential Regulatory Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority have each consented to the acquisition of AXA Wealth's pensions and protection businesses
Further to the announcement of 27 May 2016, Phoenix Group Holdings today announces that the Prudential Regulatory Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority have each given their consent to the acquisition of AXA Wealth's pensions and protection businesses by Pearl Life Holdings Limited (the "Acquisition").
Completion of the Acquisition is expected to take place on 1 November 2016.
