Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

The Board of the Company announces that it has resolved with immediate effect
to cancel all of its 8,924,047 ordinary shares held in treasury. The Board
considers this to be in the Company's best interests following approval that
the Company commence a managed portfolio realisation strategy of its
investment portfolio at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held on 12
March 2025.

The total issued share capital is 91,827,363 ordinary shares and the total
number of voting rights is 91,827,363.

Shareholders should use this figure when determining if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
