Purchase of Shares by the Property Advisor

 

As previously announced on 25 July 2024, under the terms of the Company's
Property Advisory and Investor Relations Agreement ("PAIR") QSix Residential
Limited ("QSix"), the Company's Property Advisor, has committed to reinvest
the post-tax proceeds it earns from disposal fees into PSD shares. This
includes proceeds generated from condominium sales.

The Company has been notified on 23 April 2026, that QSix purchased a further
59,812 ordinary shares in PSD at an average price of 178 pence per share. This
increases QSix's cumulative purchases of PSD shares acquired since 25 July
2024 to 471,958 ordinary shares.
