Share Buyback Programme - Update

 

 

Picton has bought back and cancelled 16,966,391 Ordinary Shares for a total
consideration of approximately £11.7 million since the commencement of the
share buyback programme (the 'Programme') on 30 January 2025.

 

Following the increase in the size of the Programme announced on 4 April 2025,
the Company today announces a further 40% increase in the maximum aggregate
consideration of the Programme from £12.5 million to £17.5 million to enable
the Programme to continue and to coincide with the AGM due to be held in July
2025.

 

At the 2025 AGM the Company will seek to renew the authority from shareholders
to repurchase shares in the following year.

 

All other details announced regarding the Programme remain unchanged.
