    ISTAT releases October CPI final data (0900 GMT) and October
foreign trade data (1000 GMT).
        Bank of Italy releases October data on public finances,
state borrowing and debt.
    
    COMPANIES
    CAMPARI  CPRI.MI 
    Spirits group Campari has agreed to buy historic French
cognac house Courvoisier from Beam Suntory for an initial price
of $1.20 billion, in the largest deal on record for the Italian
group.
    
    TELECOM ITALIA  TLIT.MI 
    Telecom Italia will hold an investor day on March 7 to
present its reshaped profile after the planned sale of its
fixed-line domestic grid, the former phone monopoly said on
Thursday.
    
    DE NORA  DNR.MI 
    The Italian electrode maker plans to halve its greenhouse
gas emissions in the next seven years, the group said on
Thursday as it released its sustainability plan to 2030.

of the exhibition "Made in Italy of Space" with ASI President
Teodoro Valente, Industry Minister Adolfo Urso (0930 GMT),

    Rome, "Atreju", the festival of Prime Minister Giorgia
Meloni's Brothers of Italy right-wing party continues; ends on
Dec. 17. On Friday expected attendees include Environment
Minister Gilberto Pichetto Fratin; Economy Minister Giancarlo
Giorgetti (1100 GMT).
        Rome, PD party starts forum and national assembly "The
Europe We Want"; ends Dec. 16. On Friday expected attendees
