Rohlik founder Cupr seeking to acquire Pilulka, anti-monopoly office says
PRAGUE, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Czech investor Tomas Cupr,
the founder of online grocer Rohlik, has applied to take control
of online pharmacy group Pilulka PINK.PR , the country's
anti-monopoly said in a filing on its website on Thursday.
The acquisition follows a deal for a cash injection to
Pilulka from Growth Expert, a unit of Cupr's TCF Capital, that
gave an option of buying a controlling stake in the pharmacy
group.
