Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

 

Power Probe (AIM: PWR), a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic
tools for professional service technicians, announces that the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 9.00
a.m. (BST) at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London
EC2M 7SH.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025
is available on the Company's website at https://powerprobe.com/en/
(https://powerprobe.com/en/) and has been posted to shareholders who have
opted to receive a paper copy.

The Notice of AGM will shortly be available on the Group's website.
