** Shares of Australia's Prescient Therapeutics PTX.AX drop as much as 4.4% to A$0.065, their lowest level since September 15
** Clinical-stage oncology firm says it raised A$6 million  ($4.26 million) via A$4.8 million share purchase plan and A$1.2 million placement
** Placement shares priced at A$0.065 each, representing a 4.4% discount to stock's last close
**Co says funds will support further development of PTX-100, its cancer treatment
**YTD stock down 21.4%
