** The clinical-stage oncology firm says it would raise up to A$7 million ($5 million) through a Share Purchase Plan (SPP)
** Offer price of A$0.065/share represents a 9.7% discount as of co's last close
** Co says proceeds from SPP will support ongoing development of its cancer treatment, PTX-100, including others
** YTD, stock down 21.4%, including day's moves
