Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company
 
Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company will be held at the office of Maples Group, 32 Molesworth Street on Thursday 13 August 2020 at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business:
Ordinary Business:
1          To receive and consider the financial statements comprising of the statement of comprehensive income, statement of financial position and the directors' report and auditors' report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019 and to review the Company's affairs.
2          To affix the remuneration of the auditors.
3          To reappoint Pricewaterhouse Coopers as auditors of the Company.
4          To conduct any other ordinary business of the Company as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
