Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

 

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., (Nasdaq: PPHC) (AIM: PPHC) a leading
global strategic communications provider offering a comprehensive range of
advisory services in the areas of Government Relations, Public Affairs and
Corporate Communications, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the
year ended 31 December 2025 containing the notice of AGM was filed and
published on the PPHC website https://investors.pphcompany.com on 17 April
2026, and will be posted to shareholders shortly, in accordance with AIM Rule
20.

The Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held in person at
535 Madison Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10022, on 12 May 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
EDT.
