Directors' Dealings

Pulsar Group plc (AIM: PULS) has been notified of a change in the details of holdings by Sarah Vawda, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.  Ms Vawda is interested in 29,823 ordinary shares of which 16,666 ordinary shares were registered under Vawda Associates Ltd, a company majority controlled by Ms Vawda.  These shares have now been transferred directly into Ms Vawda's name. Following this transfer there has been no change in the beneficial interest of Ms Vawda who remains interested in 29,823 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
