Pulsar Group Plc (AIM: PULS), the market leading audience intelligence business delivering Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), which have been sent to shareholders who have elected to receive them.

The documents have also been made available to view at the Investors section of the Company's website, https://www.pulsargroup.com/investors/.

The Company's 2026 AGM will take place at 11:00am on 28 May 2026 at Northburgh House, 10 Northburgh Street, London, EC1V 0AT.
