BUZZ-Australia's QEM gains on acquisition of U.S exploration company ** Shares of Australia's QEMQEM.AX rise as much as 6.7% to A$0.016, marking their biggest intraday pct gain since July 22
** Mineral exploration co says it will proceed with the acquisition of Freshwater Materials for A$300,000($210,960.00) as per the terms discussed in April 2026
** Adds, Freshwater is a past-producer of tungsten, flourspar and niobium among others
** Stock up 6.7% YTD, including sessions' moves
