A$0.200, their biggest intraday pct gain since April 1
    ** Oil and vanadium explorer says that it has signed an 
agreement with project management firm Siecap  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX2rxxH9
     ** Deal to advance Julia Creek vanadium in Queensland and
oil shale project in tandem with co's green hydrogen strategy
     ** Siecap to help QEM in developing an execution strategy
for mining, extraction, processing, and export of vanadium
pentoxide, transport fuels and green hydrogen from Julia Creek
    ** Stock hits its highest since April 8
    ** Stock has risen more than two-fold this year, as of last
