** Shares of Quantum Graphite Ltd  QGL.AX  jump as much as
10.5% to A$0.58, their highest in a week
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since Jan. 23
    ** Graphite miner says completed design of pilot thermal
energy storage (TES) and power generation system (TES Generation
System)
    ** Says the procurement stage of the pilot project is
scheduled to commence as soon as vendors are short-listed and
contractual arrangements approved 
    ** Sees construction start by the end of this quarter
    ** Stock down 23.9% this year, as of last close
