** Shares of Australia's Quantum Graphite QGL.AX rise as much as 5.4% to A$0.390, marking its biggest pct gain since June 3
** Graphite miner enters ore supply agreement with Sunlands Pure Group (SPG) that gives SPG exclusive access to the mineral production from QGL's Uley mines
** Says deal subject to QGL delivering minimum monthly mineral production for SPG to generate annual refined production of 100 kt per annum
** Says initial agreement is for 20 years
** Stock has YTD gains of 11.4%
