The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR shareholding
announcement released on 2 August 2017 at 14:15 under RNS Number: 9248M. 
 
The percentage shareholding of Ken Fund has been corrected. 
 
All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Quarto announces that it has
received notice that Ken Fund, Chief Operating Officer, acquired 4000 shares
of common stock of $0.10 each ("Shares") in Quarto at a price of US$ 3.3074
per Share on 30 May 2017. 
 
Following this transaction, Ken Fund holds 4000 Shares representing 0.019% of
Quarto's issued share capital. 
 
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
