Result of Special Meeting

 

Further to the announcement made on 14 December 2023, the Company announces
that the listing of shares of common stock of the Company, with a par value of
US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, on the premium segment of the
Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on
the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities have now been
cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today (UK time), 18 January 2024.
