Resignation of CFO
The Quarto Group (LSE: QRT), the world's leading global illustrated book publisher, today announces the resignation of Michael Connole, its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director. 
The Board has commenced an executive search to identify a suitable replacement for the role and a further announcement will be made as soon as possible. 
Marcus Leaver, Chief Executive Officer, said:
"Significant changes have been made to the business over the last 18 months or so and the Group is now well placed as a focused publishing business. We wish Michael and his family the best in the future."
Michael Connole said:
"After a busy 34-year career, the last 21 of which have been in senior financial roles, I feel it is time to take some time out before embarking on my next chapter.I wish Marcus, my fellow Directors and everyone at Quarto all the best as they grow the business further."
