** Rachana Infrastructure shares RACH.NS rise as much as
9.8% to all-time high of 1,024.50 rupees
** Stock extends rally to 70th session in a row
** RACH has only ended lower on three days (last was on July
1) since making their market debut in mid-June
** Over 61,000 shares change hands by 0955 GMT vs 30-day avg
of 56,033 shares
** Stock up more than 575% since from its debut on June 10
