61.60 rupees, hitting upper circuit
    ** Construction co gets order worth 2.87 billion rupees
($34.2 million) for pipeline irrigation project
    ** RACH set to snap four-day losing streak; on track for
best day in a week
    ** Stock down ~30% YTD, had lost ~92% in 2023
