** Shares of Armada Metals  AMM.AX  rise as much as 75% to
A$0.07, set for best day ever, if current gains hold 
    ** Stock hits highest level since Feb. 2
    ** Australian explorer says it has purchased lithium
exploration permits in Minas Gerais State, Brazil from Antares
Minerais Estratégicos Ltda  
    ** Adds co is committing to invest a minimum of A$500,000 
($325,400.00) on exploration works during the first year at the
project   
    ** About 1.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 85,769
    ** Stock has fallen 32.1% this year as of last close
