    * Says it plans to buy 100 percent stake in SPi CRM, Inc 
which is engaged in call center and back office business in 
Philippines 
    * Says it plans to buy 99.64 percent stake in Infocom 
Technologies, Inc which is also engaged in call center and back 
office business in Philippines 
    * Total transaction amount is 20,043 million yen 
    * Transaction effective in the period from Sep. to Oct.
