Retraction: Scoping Study for ABC Project announcement

Resolute Mining Limited (ASX/LSE: RSG; Resolute or the Company) is advising
the market that the Company wishes to retract the ASX Announcement titled
Scoping Study Confirms Attractive Economics and Growth Potential at ABC
Project, Côte d'Ivoire released on the ASX Market Announcements Platform on
13 May 2026 (the Announcement).

The production targets and profile referred to in the Scoping Study (and the
financial forecasts based on those) utilize 100% inferred resources.

Following consultation with ASX, the Company has been advised that it did not
have a reasonable basis for those forward-looking statements due to the
reliance on inferred resources in the production targets, resulting in the
published production targets and forecast financial information being
inconsistent with the requirements of the ASX Listing Rule 5.16 6. As a
result, the Company requested a voluntary trading halt whilst the Company
worked with the ASX on resolving the disclosure requirements.

Investors should not rely on the retracted Announcement as a basis for an
investment decision.
