Denso says considers ending Rohm pursuit as acquisition talks stall

TOKYO, April 27 (Reuters) - Japanese auto parts maker Denso Corp 6902.T said on Monday that it has not gained chipmaker Rohm's 6963.T agreement for its acquisition proposal and is considering withdrawing the offer.

Last month Denso, a major Toyota Motor 7203.T supplier, made the bid in a move that would have expanded its control over power-management chips used in electric vehicles and data centres.
