** Shares of India's Tanla Platforms  TNSL.NS  jump 14% to
1086.45 rupees, their best day since Dec 13, 2023  
    ** Cloud communication provider inked commercial agreement 
aimed to combat scams by identifying fraudulent phone numbers
    ** TNSL did not disclose name of the partner or any
financial details citing "confidentiality reasons"
    ** Co last up 11.8%, extends gains from Friday when it
snapped six-session-losing run 
    ** Trading vols 13x 30-day avg 
    ** Day's rise trims YTD losses to ~13%
