Non-Executive Board Change

 

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and
furnishings group, announces that Christopher Rogers, Non-Executive Director,
is stepping down from the Board, having completed his second three-year term,
and will leave the Company in February 2025. Christopher joined the Board as a
Non-Executive Director in April 2018 and also served as Interim Executive
Chairman between October 2018 and April 2019.

 

Dianne Thompson, Sanderson Design Group's Chairman, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I express sincere thanks to Christopher for his
invaluable contribution to the Company, both as a Non-Executive Director and
as Interim Executive Chairman, during more than six years of service. We look
forward to working with Christopher during his remaining months at the Company
