Its Brands segment is engaged in the design, marketing, sales and distribution, and licensing activities of Morris & Co., Sanderson, Zoffany, Clarke & Clarke, Harlequin, Scion and Archive by Sanderson Design brands operated from the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Netherlands, and Germany. Its Manufacturing segment consists of the wallcovering and printed fabric manufacturing businesses operated by Anstey and Standfast. The Company's brands include Zoffany, Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Scion, Clarke & Clarke, and Archive by Sanderson Design. Its manufacturing base consists of Anstey wallpaper factory in Loughborough and Standfast & Barracks, a fabric printing factory, in Lancaster.
