Non-Executive Board Change

 

 

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and
furnishings group, announces that, following the announcement released on
25(th) November 2024, Christopher Rogers, Non-Executive Director and Chair of
the Remuneration Committee, resigned from the Company with effect from 1(st)
February 2025.
