Notifications of transaction by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")

 

 

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and
furnishings group, announces that Patrick Lewis, Non-Executive Director, has
become the beneficial owner of a discretionary portfolio that includes 4,571
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following the receipt of the portfolio, the resultant holdings of Ordinary
Shares are set out in the table below:
