Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that the Company was notified on 1 July 2020 that, on the same day, Simon Montague, husband of Lisa Montague, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 46,989 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42.55p per Ordinary Share.
 
Following this purchase Lisa Montague has an interest in 46,989 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital.
