per share through public offering, to raise 1.65 billion yen in
total
    * Says subscription period from July 26 to July 27 and
payment
date on Aug. 7 for the offering
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of 468
yen
per share through private placement to FUTABA CORPORATION
 6986.T , to raise 343.7 million yen in total
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of
446.04 yen
per share through private placement to Nomura Securities Co.,
Ltd., to raise up to 248.1 million yen in total, with
