Appointment of Auditor

 

Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS, the Company) is pleased to announce the
appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF Littlejohn") as auditor of the
Company, succeeding BDO LLP ("BDO"), for the financial statements for the
year-ended 28 February 2026.

PKF Littlejohn is a UK member firm of PKF Global and a leading auditor of
companies admitted to trading on the Main Market and AIM, with significant
experience in the digital asset sector. Their appointment will be put to
shareholders for ratification at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.

BDO resigned as auditor on 9 April 2026 at the Board's request, following the
review of service provider contracts undertaken as part of the cost reduction
programme announced on 2 April 2026. In its statement under section 519 of the
Companies Act 2006, BDO confirmed that there are no matters connected with its
ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members
or creditors of the Company. The Board extends its thanks to BDO for its
professionalism during the transition and their support received to date.
