Notice of Annual General Meeting

Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around
the delivery of Projects that Matter, is pleased to announce that the Notice
of the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM" or the "Meeting") is now available to
download from the Company's website (www.savannah-energy.com
(http://www.savannah-energy.com) ) and has been posted to those shareholders
who have elected to receive postal copies.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. (BST) on Monday, 1 June 2026 at the offices
of Burness Paull LLP, Level 3, 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh,
EH3 9WJ. Details on how to submit your proxy vote are set out in the section
of the Notice of AGM headed "Voting Arrangements - Action to be taken".

The results of the Meeting will be announced shortly after its conclusion and
published on the Company's website.

The Company currently expects to release its 2025 annual report and accounts
in June 2026. Approval of the 2025 annual report and accounts will, therefore,
take place at a separate general meeting which will be held in Q3 2026.
