S.Korean steelmaker SeAH jumps to 3-month high after SpaceX supply report

** Shares of SeAH Besteel Holdings Corp  001430.KS  rise by
the daily limit of 30% to nearly three-month high 
    ** The steelmaking group's affiliate SeAH Changwon
Intergrated Special Steel is in talks to supply Elon Musk's
SpaceX with special alloy, South Korean newspaper Korea Economic
Daily reported on Sunday 
    ** SeAh spokesperson declined to comment 
    ** The broader KOSPI market  .KS11  was trading down 1.4%,
as of 0103 GMT
