    * Says its unit SeAH Steel USA LLC(SSUSA) plans to buy OMK 
TUBE, Laguna Tubular Product(16937, 16952 Leonard Rd, 8800 
Miller Rd2, Houston, TX 77049), from OMK Tube, Laguna Tubular 
Product, to strengthen competitiveness in U.S. OCTG market
