May 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

** Levi Strauss   said it will sell its Dockers apparel brand to Reebok and Van Heusen owner Authentic Brands Group for $311 million to focus on its flagship Levi's brand and the Beyond Yoga activewear line.

** Britain's Centrica CNA.L said that Spirit Energy, its joint venture with German utility Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM), will sell a 46.25% stake in the Cygnus gas field to Ithaca Energy ITH.L for about 116 million pounds ($155.05 million). nL4N3RS0K8

 **  Japan's Seven & i Holdings 3382.T plans to sell a partial stake in Seven Bank 8410.T to trading house Itochu 8001.T, with an announcement expected as early as May 30, the Nikkei business reported. nL4N3RS0F7
