July 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Thursday:

** Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard  pulled its $46 billion bid to buy Seven & i Holdings <3382.T>, saying the retailer refused to engage constructively on the deal, which would have been Japan's largest ever foreign buyout.

** Swedish streaming group Viaplay Group  said it had agreed to buy the remaining 50% stake in Allente Group from Norway's Telenor  for 1.1 billion Swedish crowns ($113 million).

** Norwegian salmon farming group Grieg Seafood  said it had agreed to sell its operations in Norway's Finnmark and in Canada to Mitsubishi <8058.T> unit Cermaq for 10.2 billion crowns ($993 million).

** Starwood Property Trust  said on Wednesday it would acquire real estate operating platform Fundamental Income Properties for about $2.2 billion.
