AGM Result

 

SigmaRoc, a leading European lime and minerals group, held its AGM at 3:00pm
today at The Chesterfield Mayfair, 35 Charles St, London, W1J 5EB.

All resolutions were voted on by shareholders and duly passed with all
resolutions receiving greater than 90% in favour.
