PDMR Dealings

 

SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build quarried materials group, announces
the following dealings by certain persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ('PDMR') on 20 October 2022:

 

David Barrett, Executive Chairman of SigmaRoc, purchased 44,250 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an
average price of 44.75 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Barrett's
total interest in the Company is 3,053,439 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.48%
of the total voting rights of the Company.
