March 2026, Jan Van Beek, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 22,000 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 122 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Van Beek's total interest in the Company is
116,642 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the total issued share capital
of the Company.
